New Year

I think New year is a lot more fun than Christmas. Unlike last Christmas, we had something to eat. And not only something to eat, it is something I helped prepare. Before New year, I had my hair cut so as to have something new in me. I also helped in making the Graham cake which my sister called the "Ref Cake." We were so thrifty that we managed to make four tupperwares of ref cakes. They were all yummy. During new Year's eve, I promised myself that I would keep myserlf awake until the time for morning mass comes but I guess I have no control for my eyelids. Anyway, I had the chance to spark one lucis and watch the fireworks of my neighboors. During January one, our table was still full of food and there was a bowl of rice with money on it and some chocolates in it. It was very tempting. During the afternoon, fun was all over. I continued reading the book for my book review.
